Returns & Cancellations
🇺🇸 United States Customers
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Exchanges are not available — please place a new order if you need a different size or style.
🇪🇺 European Union Customers
In compliance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.
Original shipping costs will be refunded. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
Items must be in original, unused condition, with tags and packaging intact.
🇦🇺 Australia Customers
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Exchanges are not available.
Important Notes (All Countries):
- Final sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and approved.
