Shipping & Returns

Shipping

  • We offer free worldwide home delivery on all orders – no minimum purchase required

  • Estimated delivery time: up to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

  • During peak seasons or sales, delivery may take longer

  • You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is picked up by the shipping provider

  • Please make sure your phone number is correct – couriers may contact you for delivery coordination

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item:

  • Is unworn, unused, unwashed

  • Has all original tags and packaging

You may return your order in one of the following ways:

Option 1 – Store Credit

  • Full refund as store credit with no expiration

  • Return shipping is free

Option 2 – Refund to Original Payment Method

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

  • Refunds are issued once we receive and inspect the returned item

  • Refunds may take up to 14 days from the date of arrival at our warehouse

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges.
If you need a different size or style, simply place a new order and return the original item for a refund or store credit.

Important Notes

  • Sale items can be returned within 7 business days only

  • Exchanges and returns depend on stock availability

  • Items sold as part of a set (e.g. two-piece outfits) must be returned as a full set

  • Underwear and swimwear are non-returnable

  • Please do not send items without submitting a return request
