Shipping

We offer free worldwide home delivery on all orders – no minimum purchase required

Estimated delivery time: up to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

During peak seasons or sales, delivery may take longer

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is picked up by the shipping provider

Please make sure your phone number is correct – couriers may contact you for delivery coordination
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item:

Is unworn, unused, unwashed

Has all original tags and packaging
You may return your order in one of the following ways:
Option 1 – Store Credit

Full refund as store credit with no expiration

Return shipping is free
Option 2 – Refund to Original Payment Method

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

Refunds are issued once we receive and inspect the returned item

Refunds may take up to 14 days from the date of arrival at our warehouse

Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges.
If you need a different size or style, simply place a new order and return the original item for a refund or store credit.
